The origin
The missing piece was connection.
Plans in one place. Quotes in another. Spreadsheets, approvals and site notes each held a different piece of the job.
Framing brought it into focus. A quote total meant little until supply, labour, crane allowances, waste and exclusions were separated. Once the scope was clear, the comparison became useful. That became the idea behind Bildr: organise the evidence first, then make the decision.

The promise
Clarity includes knowing what is unclear.
Show the source of a plan fact. Label an estimate as an estimate. Ask when a critical detail is unclear. Important decisions deserve that honesty.
Bildr has a defined job: organise one residential owner-build, connect the supporting information and ask before material project records change.
Bildr supports lawful residential owner-builder projects in all eight Australian states and territories. For pre-build and mid-build residential owner-builds, including renovations, extensions and other dwelling types where owner-building is lawful. Your regulator and certifier must confirm eligibility, approvals and project-specific requirements.
